An attempt at a reproduction of Johannes Vermeer's Girl With A Pearl Earring. I found this to be one of the most difficult paintings to reproduce. Everything in the face is so subtle, the tiniest little things change everything.
My full name is Jodie Marie Anne Richardson Traugott. I use my initials jm-ART and/or my tattoo of a star as my signature. Although I never liked art through high school, I "discovered" it in my early 20's and have never stopped creating since. Photography is my latest love, but I've been a painter for over 50 years.
