Joy, abandon, and celebration are part of our dance in Heaven. We wait contentedly, even happily in the Garden for our release, not knowing what chaos and disorder lies outside.
This painting captures the moment in the Garden when Knowledge has been already given to one soul and another is just receiving it. We have realized our position and fight against the "mask" of life but it is useless, the moment we begin to see, features begin to form, we are restrained. All of life has restrictions, its boundaries, its masks. The ages of woman from birth to death have begun.
