Of course this is Nana as the mythological Danae. I've often thought of painting her as all the wonderful women of mythology. One down at least!
My full name is Jodie Marie Anne Richardson Traugott. I use my initials jm-ART and/or my tattoo of a star as my signature. Although I never liked art through high school, I "discovered" it in my early 20's and have never stopped creating since. Photography is my latest love, but I've been a painter for over 50 years. I consider myself a Renaissance woman with my hand in many disciplines and a love for all artistic ways and means. Because of that, my work is all over the map...in style, medium and intent. This an absolutely beautiful painting. However, when I click on the small image imstead of getting a larger image I get a huge blank screen? Would love to see it larger.
